Consec was founded in 1998 to provide a framework for project managers who are enthusiastic about leading projects with different technical content to success. Our own experience in organising teams was brought together with role models on the market and at clients. The result is a values-led, partnership-based consultancy for consistently goal-oriented project management.
Consec has focused entirely on achieving our clients' goals. This has enabled us to win large groups as clients, from the automotive and financial sectors. We offer our clients know-how and support in three areas: classic project management, agile project management and management of change.
Our employees not only advise our clients, but also take care of the implementation as project managers or operational project managers. Where necessary, projects are handled by cross-functional teams and often encompass the entire project life cycle from the initialisation of strategic initiatives to the achievement of value-adding process change, including effective anchoring of changes, organisation of tenders and execution of project assessments.
