Knowledge profile

In order to get to know you better in advance, we ask you to create as comprehensive a knowledge profile as possible of your relevant skills with your soft and management skills.

Degree of Experience

Please indicate the realistic level of your experience in five levels for the individual areas of knowledge (e.g. "project controlling: 2"; "Scrum: 1", "technical leadership: 3").

• Level 1: "beginner" means that you are familiar with the most important methods and theories, have an overview and recognise connections.
• Level 2: "intermediate knowledge and own project experience" means that you have already gained initial experience in the relevant topic and can work productively without a longer training period.
• Level 3: "advanced knowledge and extensive project experience" means that you have already worked in this area for a longer period of time and/or several times and can answer most of the questions that arise in everyday life.
• Level 4: "expert knowledge" means that you have already gathered a wealth of experience in this field and can relate this to other issues and concepts, e.g. in order to optimise across disciplines.
• Level 5: "genius" as a genius in this field, you can judge everything with confidence and answer all our questions about it.

Electronic form

Please send your application as a .pdf file by email to work@consec.de. We recommend that you do not exceed a total size of 10 MB for your data. You will usually receive an initial response to your application within six working days.

Invitation

If your application arouses our interest, we will invite you to an interview. This will take place either virtually or on site in our office, usually already one to two weeks after our initial feedback.

Time frame

The interview lasts about two hours, both virtually and on site. So, there should be a time buffer on your side. After the interview, you will receive direct feedback from us.

Content

We want to get to know you and give you the opportunity to get to know us. We will talk to you about your CV and your previous experience and projects and refer to the points mentioned in your knowledge profile. You are also welcome to show us examples of your own projects, if possible. Please bring your laptop with you. If you have questions about Consec, this is the right time to get answers.

Participants

Usually, two employees from our side take part in a virtual or on-site meeting.

Signed contract

Once you have successfully completed our application process and the contractual aspects have been settled, we look forward to welcoming you personally to Consec!

The first days

On your first day with us, you will receive your work equipment (laptop and mobile phone) and a briefing on the safety-relevant topics at Consec. After lunch together, we will give you an initial introduction to the project work and processes at Consec in the afternoon, during which we will also answer any questions that arise. In the days that follow, you will receive an initial technical induction, individually based on your knowledge. As a rule, new employees work on a customer project after the first or second week and are supported by an experienced team member.
