It is just as possible to join us directly after graduating from university as it is with professional experience. Depending on your qualifications, you will be trained directly "on the job" in client projects as a project consultant or change consultant. In addition, there is also the possibility of gaining initial work experience with us as a student trainee.
Our employees are usually involved on site with the client. We try to avoid lone wolf projects. We specifically use personal contact to understand contexts and to create viable presentations, plans and committee drafts. We also use this to be able to react promptly to developments in the project. Our day-to-day work is therefore strongly influenced by the setup of client projects. All Consec employees support each other in word and deed if necessary.
Most client projects take place in Germany at the Munich location. Our clients are often internationally active, so remote work is part of everyday work. Since it is usually known at the beginning of a project whether travel will be necessary, we take this into account when staffing the project. In principle, we try to keep travel for our employees to a minimum.
In general, we value an office atmosphere with our team on site and believe that face-to-face meetings are conducive to high-quality results and good team cohesion. Every employee is equipped with a laptop and a mobile phone, which means that remote work is not a problem. Depending on the project requirements and the personal situation of the employee, individually tailored solutions are possible.
Experience in project or change management is a great advantage, but not absolutely necessary. In the best case, you have already gained some experience during your studies or previous professional career and have heard about the relevant methods. It is important to us that our employees have the appropriate skills, such as quick comprehension, problem-solving and analytical thinking as well as structured action. The communicative skills and the commitment to implementing solutions ultimately lead to success.
A 40-hour week is a reality for us. However, especially when taking on new projects, the initial training can be intensive in order to introduce necessary measures in time. As soon as the measures take effect, there is usually the possibility of compensating for any overtime worked with free time or paying it out.
