You will work independently on exciting and responsible projects for corporate clients. Depending on the project and the client, you will be based in our office in Munich or (on a daily basis) at the client's premises. Our clients are internationally active, so an assignment abroad may be possible by arrangement.
Most of the training of new employees takes place "on the job". After a short onboarding phase on internal processes, the technical training takes place in the respective client project. The entire induction period is accompanied by experienced employees.
We provide you with the best possible equipment to master your tasks. Very well equipped notebooks and a mobile phone with permanent internet access via WLAN or 4G/5G are a matter of course.
Our guiding principle is "keep on learning". For us, this means promoting regular internal knowledge exchange and participation in external training, conferences and certifications. We support the exchange of knowledge on the job through targeted involvement in projects.

A 40-hour week and 30 days' holiday are standard for us. If overtime is necessary for the success of the project, it is compensated by free time or paid out.
