We process personal data only to the extent permitted by law. Personal data is only passed on in the cases described below. Personal data is protected by appropriate technical and organisational measures (e.g. pseudonymisation, encryption).
Unless we are required by law to store or disclose personal data to third parties (in particular law enforcement agencies), the decision as to which personal data we process and for how long, and the extent to which we disclose it, depends on which functions of the website you use in each individual case.
3. Storage period
Personal data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of the processing no longer applies or a prescribed storage period expires, unless there is a necessity for the continued storage of the personal data for the conclusion or fulfilment of a contract. We do not make automated decisions including profiling in individual cases.
5. Rights of persons concerned
As a data subject, you have the right to information under Article 15 of the GDPR, the right to rectification under Article 16 of the GDPR, the right to erasure under Article 17 of the GDPR, the right to restriction of processing under Article 18 of the GDPR and the right to data portability under Article 20 of the GDPR. The restrictions from §§ 34, 35 BDSG apply to the right to information and the right to erasure.
SieYou have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 DSGVO in conjunction with § 19 BDSG).

6. Notification obligations of the responsible person
We will notify all recipients to whom your personal data has been disclosed of any rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing in accordance with Art. 16, Art. 17(1) and Art. 18 DSGVO, unless such notification is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. We will inform you of the recipients if you request this.
7. Obligation to provide
Unless otherwise explained below in the information on the legal basis, you are not obliged to provide personal data. However, in the cases of Art. 6 para. 1 letter b DSGVO, the personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract or for the conclusion of a contract. If you do not provide the personal data concerned, the performance or conclusion of the contract is not possible. If you do not provide the data in the cases of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a, f DSGVO, it is not possible to use the affected parts of our website.
8. Right of objection
You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you which is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) DSGVO. If personal data are processed for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such marketing; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is related to such direct marketing.

9. Revocation of consent
In accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 sentence 1 DSGVO, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future informally by post or e-mail. The lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation is not affected by this. Upon your revocation, we will delete the personal data processed on the basis of the consent if there is no other legal basis for its processing.

Recipients of the data
We only pass on your personal data within our company to those areas and persons who need this data to fulfil contractual and legal obligations or to implement our legitimate interests.
Otherwise, data will only be passed on to recipients outside the company if this is permitted or required by law, if the transfer is necessary to fulfil legal obligations or if we have your consent.

In addition, in accordance with applicable law, you may restrict and object to the processing of your personal data by Consec and have the right to data portability. Your right of access to your personal data includes the right to obtain a copy of all or certain parts of your personal data held by us, as long as the provision of this data by Consec does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of other persons.
Right to object: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data which is carried out solely on the basis of Consec's legitimate interest. If you exercise your right to object, the processing of your personal data will be stopped, unless there is a compelling reason for further processing or the processing is necessary for the assertion, pursuit or defence of legal claims.
